Learn Something: What’s Wrong With What We Eat

Today, in lieu of my usual What I Ate Wednesday, I’m leaving you with a fabulous TED Talk given by the one and only Mark Bittman back in 2007. It’s called “What’s Wrong With What We Eat” and the TED description sums it up nicely:

In this fiery and funny talk, New York Times food writer Mark Bittman weighs in on what’s wrong with the way we eat now (too much meat, too few plants; too much fast food, too little home cooking), and why it’s putting the entire planet at risk.

I could write a whole post on TED talks and my top 26 favorites, but I’ll save that for another time.

Enjoy 🙂
