I officially have 3 days left at my job, and yet the days can’t pass by quickly enough. My boss is being really nice to me, to the point where it’s creepy/scary like he could snap at any moment, but I think he just knows I have an exit interview scheduled with HR on Friday and doesn’t want a bad review. Three more days, three more days…
Here’s a look at what I honestly and truly ate yesterday. I’ve been adding a time stamp to this Food Diary because for whatever reason, I’m fascinated by the timing as well as the variety of foods that other people eat, so hopefully this is interesting for some other curious readers out there.
9:45am – Bulletproof coffee
12:30pm – Lunch: Kale salad with strawberries, goat cheese, and sunflower seeds. It looks so pretty…
But it was actually the worst. If I had inspected more closely, I would have noticed that the kale was not de-stemmed or shredded the way it should be. There were way too many thick stem pieces. Bummer.
4:15pm – Afternoon fruit snack: Emerald Gem pluot
WORKOUT – Did not happen.
7:30pm – Dinner: Turkey wraps with mustard, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Grilled.
After dinner, Andrew and I got to spend a few minutes playing with our neighbors’ new puppy, which is basically the same thing as going to therapy. Now I’m imagining what that puppy’s What I Ate Wednesday post would look like. Boring and gross, probably.
