What I Ate Wednesday #15: Feels Like Fall

Feels like fall around here, even though apparently the weather didn’t get the memo. Regardless, I’m ready for fall food and that’s what I’ve been eating.

As a reminder, this is a time-stamped rundown of everything I ate yesterday… for better or for worse. Some weeks skew healthier than others and some are on the snackier side.  With that in mind, here’s a look at this week’s What I Ate Wednesday:

9:00am – Bulletproof coffee

11:00am [WORKOUT] – Barefoot Core Cuircut @ LA Fitness, followed by this Tara Stiles yoga video

1:00pm – Carrot to snack on while prepping lunch

1:30pm – Leftover Butternut Squash Chili

3:00pm – Red grapes

5:45pm – Handful of mixed roasted nuts

7:00pm – White wine & Balsamic Brussels Sprouts @ The Wood

9:15pm –  Leftover Roasted Vegetable Quinoa (recipe here) and an avocado/kale salad

102214 dinnerCarrots, chili, roasted vegetables, kale… those are fall foods in my mind, if for no other reason than their autumn color palette. (Ok, so that might be the only reason.)
