Happy Tuesday, Party People!
I think some schools around the country are on spring break right now, and if you happen to be one of the lucky ones relaxing on a beach somewhere, my sincerest congratulations! My corner of the world, on the other hand, looks like this:
I’m not complaining. Andrew reminds me all the time that I’m a huge nerd because I actually enjoy studying. If you look closely, you’ll see two differently-sized sets of flashcards on the table because two sets are SO much more effective than just one.
My NASM CPT exam date is steadily approaching, and while I can’t (nor do I want do) spend every minute of every day studying, today happens to be a full study day (per my super-hip, not-at-all-lame study schedule). I’m cramming today so I can take tomorrow off. 🙂
Speaking of schedules, I’ve started adding my workouts to our weekly meal plan. Here is this week’s line up.

Dinner: Out to dinner at Centanni
Workout: Yoga + Strength (Core)
