You guys, I have been bulletproof coffee-free for almost 10 days now. I’ve been drinking normal coffee, hitting up Starbucks, and sometimes skipping coffee all together…
I know. It’s bad. Luckily, I’m expecting a special delivery TODAY, so hopefully things will be back to normal soon. In the mean time, this week’s What I Ate Wednesday is going to reveal yet another day of confused (but still unedited) eating.
What I Ate
Wednesday Tuesday 4/7/15
8:00am – Made normal coffee (or as I’ve been calling it, Muggle coffee).
11:00am – Even after 10 days off bulletproof coffee, I was still confused when I felt hungry before noon. For
breakfast lunch brunch, I made a fried egg sandwich w/ avocado and cheddar cheese.
2:30pm – Had a handful or two or three of my favorite trail mix of all time, Trader Joe’s Tempting Trail Mix.
Workout – Tuesday night is gym night, but we got some April showers so we decided to stay in and do home workouts. Scratch that. We decided to order pizza.
8:30pm – I made a mixed greens, onion, artichoke hearts, and shaved pecorino salad to go with our pepperoni, roasted red peppers, onion, and pineapple pizza. The pizza came from Roma Specialty, which we decided is an excellent “middle of the road” pizza place. We’ve got Pit Fire for when we want fancy artisanal pizza, but sometimes you just want real, doughy, cheesy pizza. This was exactly that.
Ranch on the side because it’s not a complete pizza experience without it.
Ok, that was fun, now where’s the mailman with my coffee?!?!
